TheSalesBeast Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of thesalesbeast.com and the connected operator application TheSalesBeast CRM. By using either, you agree to these Terms.
About TheSalesBeast and TheSalesBeast CRM
TheSalesBeast.com is the public-facing buyer-brief website operated by Eugenio, a sales rep at Sunrise Ford in Fort Pierce, FL. Buyers submit vehicle requests through the site and receive sales-rep-led follow-up.
TheSalesBeast CRM is the internal operator application used by Eugenio to organize buyer briefs, respond to inbound messages, manage social media accounts, and draft replies. TheSalesBeast CRM connects to social platforms (Meta / Facebook / Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp) via each platform's official API.
Acceptable Use
- Submit truthful information when filling out the buyer brief or any other form.
- Do not submit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes on third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to access TheSalesBeast CRM, the underlying systems, or accounts you are not authorized to use.
- Do not use TheSalesBeast or TheSalesBeast CRM to send spam, malware, or any unauthorized commercial messages.
Social Platform Connections (TheSalesBeast CRM)
When the operator authorizes TheSalesBeast CRM to access a social platform account, only the minimum scopes needed for the requested features are granted. Specifically:
- Meta / Facebook / Instagram: scopes to read public profile, the operator's own posts, inbound messages and comments, and to publish operator-approved replies and posts.
- TikTok: user.info.basic via TikTok Login Kit to read the authenticated user's display name, avatar URL, and app-scoped open_id/union_id when they explicitly sign in to submit a vehicle inquiry. Comment-management capabilities require TikTok Business API partnership and are pursued separately.
- WhatsApp Business: scopes to receive inbound buyer messages and send operator-approved replies.
Data Handling
TheSalesBeast CRM stores connected-account access tokens encrypted at rest using AES-GCM with a key held in the operator's server environment.
Inbound messages, comments, and engagement metrics from connected social accounts are stored only as long as needed to operate the inbox, draft replies, and report on activity. Old records are pruned automatically.
TheSalesBeast CRM does not redistribute social platform content outside the operator's own communications, does not train AI models on third-party user data, and does not sell or rent user data to advertisers.
Operator Approval Posture
Outbound messages, posts, and replies sent through TheSalesBeast CRM are operator-approved by default. AI-drafted replies are surfaced to a review queue; the operator approves before send. SMS sending is held under additional consent and rate limits per the SMS Terms.
Disclaimers
TheSalesBeast and TheSalesBeast CRM are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service, accuracy of vehicle pricing, or any specific outcome of a buyer's request.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as TheSalesBeast and TheSalesBeast CRM evolve. The current version is effective May 7, 2026. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
