Data Deletion Request
How to request deletion of any data TheSalesBeast or TheSalesBeast CRM holds about you. This page is the official deletion-request endpoint for Facebook / Instagram users referred here by Meta's App Center.
Who this applies to
TheSalesBeast CRM connects to Facebook Page Messenger and Instagram via Meta's official APIs to surface inbound customer messages and comments into a unified inbox for the operator (Eugenio Sarria, Sunrise Ford). Data we hold about you may include: your Facebook or Instagram username, your message or comment text, the timestamp of your interaction, and any conversation history with the operator.
We never collect or store passwords, payment information, contact lists, or data from accounts you have not directly interacted with.
How to request deletion
Send a deletion request by email to eugenio@thesalesbeast.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the Facebook or Instagram username under which you interacted with The Sales Beast and (optionally) the approximate date of the interaction.
Acknowledgement: within 3 business days we will confirm receipt and a request reference code.
Completion: within 30 days of receipt all data tied to the username is purged from our active databases and from any third-party processors we use (Cloudflare D1, Resend, Quo) according to their standard deletion windows.
Verification: if there is any ambiguity about identity we may ask you to confirm via the Facebook or Instagram account in question (e.g. send a confirmation message from that account). This is to protect you from third parties requesting your deletion on your behalf.
Automated deletion (Meta callback)
If you remove TheSalesBeast CRM from your Facebook or Instagram account via Meta's App Center, Meta sends an automated deauthorization callback to https://thesalesbeast.com/api/data-deletion. We process that callback within 24 hours by purging all message, comment, and profile data tied to your account from our database. No manual request is needed if you go through Meta's App Center.
What gets deleted
- All inbound DM message bodies from your account
- All inbound comments you posted on the operator's posts
- Your username, display name, and any cached profile metadata
- Any AI training examples that included your message text
- Any outbound replies sent to you (we keep an audit log of the fact a reply was sent, but not the addressee or body, for our own compliance records — 90 days max retention)
What does not get deleted
If you submitted a vehicle request directly through thesalesbeast.com (separate from a Facebook / Instagram interaction), that lead record is governed by our standard privacy policy. You can delete that separately by emailing the same address with subject line "Lead Deletion Request".
Aggregate, anonymized funnel statistics (e.g. "received N inquiries via Instagram last week") do not contain personally identifying information and are retained for operational reporting.
